Powhite Park -
varied terrain with many technical features
Buttermilk -
multi-user trail with many technical challenges. intermediate to advanced. This applies for Belle Isle and Heights
Buttermilk Heights -
middle of the city never felt so isolated(updated 5/07)
Belle Isle
Buttermilk West - closed
Forest Hill -
3.5 miles of challenging terrain. Multi-user!
Pocahontas -a
varity of trails for all levels. Lake and many other uses.
Pony Pastures - for all levels. Great place for beginners!
Poor Farm - varied and technical terrain. some areas good for beginners. Intermediates and Advanced will love this area.
North Trail - under 3 miles and more fun than 10! Multi-user(added 5/07)

Campbell Mtn- Vesuvius
(7/7/7) - Advanced road training course. Multiple 8-10% grade long climbs. Good for Blue Ridge Extreme training.

SM100 (CP5) - NEW
The SM100 is an incredible race not to taken lightly. We went and retraced the hill climb from Braley Pond to CP5. And then we added a little just for fun

Flagpole - NEW - Mountain Climbing at its best! The view from Flagpole is worth work. PLUS awesome downhill to finish.

SM100 Sampler- This map contains the start and finish parts of the course. Beginning at the Wild Oak Parking Lot. The numbers are not CP's just reference points for the ride.

Carvins Cove -
Insane riding. Great XC area with awesome climbs. Beginners to Advanced!


Clifton Forge
Douthat State Park -
Incredible! Lower good for beginners around lake and fire roads. Intermidates and Advanced will love the climbs and views from a top the ridge.
