This is a fast and flat course. The course is a 5 1/2 miles loop that can be ridden by any level. The area is rooty and technical in parts.

From Richmond & West take I-64 East to Exit 236a. Then take the first right and go a mile and take a left. Go a 1/2 mile and the parking lot is on the left.
