This is some serious riding. Home to the notorious Middle Mountain Mama race. The riding always starts with serious mountain climbing but comes with serious rewards. You will have some of the best views along with some incredible downhills. Rides vary in range. Be prepared for a long day in the saddle!

Directions:
Clifton Forge, VA. take I64 to Exit 27 north. Follow road for approx 5 miles. You will run right into the park. Camping and day riding avail.
