Fashioned after the old German school Wheat beers,Weizenbock. This ale gets its origins from Marvin Christian, hence Marvins Ale. His affinity for this style inspired me to brew this one.

Marvins Ale derives its malt character from generous amounts of Wheat, Munich, and CaraPils malts. And lets not forget about the hops! It obtains its bite from the Noble German hop: Tettnanger with its flavors budding from Styrian Goldings and Mt. Hood!!

P.S.- Apparently, the trick to Marvins Ale is a 7 minute rest in the freezer before enjoying!!

XCPA.... Like my favorite style of Mountain Biking, this is my favorite style of Ale. Brewed to be as big as its other IPA brothern(or APA's as some would have it)! This will get you down the trails with no worries!

Straight forward with a Pale Ale malt foundation and a touch Crystal 55L, it lays the groundwork for the Big Bite!! Hops, hops, hops! We'll start off with Cascade in the Mash. Then we'll add some more Cascade and Chinook in the boil and lets not forget to add some more Cascade before we're done. Oh, lets not forget to add some more Cascade for the dry hop. The state of Washington called to thank me personally for the economic uptick due in part to my usage of all their Cascade hops!! Who needs planes when you have all those awesome HOPS!!

Now, this one has a lot going on! Freeride has its origins going back many years to the Redhook Double Stout made with Starbucks! After spending many years playing around in Seattle and Whistler, I decided to give this a try. The malt base consists of a solid Maris Otter malt. Then I sprinkled in some Roasted Barley, Black Patent, CaraPils, and Chocolate malts. And counter this with some big ole Yakima-Magnum and Cascade hops! Enjoy!!

OK, I admit it!! 2.1 Amber Ale is as close as you're going to get to Fat Tire around here! Inspired by the one and only!! Even the photo was taken out in Winterpark, CO! Out on an awesome riding expedition around the area back in 2002, Neil and I couldn't leave without a picture of our bikes!

So, like the guys at New Belgium, we don't drink and tell.
